It would be really hard for there to be a more dedicated affordable housing advocate than Janet Kennedy. Janet has worked for the cities of San Pablo, Concord, Berkeley and currently works in the Housing Department of the City of Antioch. She has been HRI’s contract monitor (among other things!) for the City of Concord and now Antioch. Janet has helped to create numerous housing units and has encouraged the Cities she has worked for to address serious affordable housing needs.

Janet is currently on her second term as a City of Martinez City Councilperson.
